Fly your flag.
Written by fear and parenting in las vegas on May 31, 2010 – 12:00 am -First of all, thank you to all of the vets like my dad for their service to our country’s military forces.
Secondly, thanks to the military spouses and their kids for holding down the fort back home.
And then, thanks to the good folks at the Human Rights Campaign for their efforts to repeal “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell”. I’m yet to hear a logical or reasonable argument in defense of forcing servicemen and women to hide their sexuality to help defend freedom for our country and around the world.
So this Memorial Day, thank a veteran and support our servicemen and women, regardless of the flag they fly.

When I saw this the other day (thanks to Jenny‘s tweet), I started to wonder if anyone had done a study correlating the findings of these workplace motivation studies to children and the amount of allowance they receive.
And then I realized that if I had enough time to ponder such things, I had enough time for grad school.
So, I’m jumping off the deep end. A year earlier.
Insert your questioning of my sanity below.
